+### On the hardware side

+#### Solar Panels
+
+First off, I needed to calculate to output of my solar panels. To do that, I ran several tests, in different conditions regarding ligth exposition, time of the day, and cloudiness. I also used an app on my phone to mesure the lighting level, but you can use any luxmeter.
+

+In full sun, the solar panels output anywher between 12 volts and 14 volts.

+As I've said before, the MoPi 2 is a fantastic HAT ( extension board ) for the Raspberry Pi that takes in two power sources, and regulates it. In this case, it's the solar panel array, and the battery pack.

+#### Power and Pi
+
+I wanted to try several configurations of software to find the one that would be the most efficient, yet easy to use. The main problem with software is that complexity requires more power (duh). For example, I could do much of my maintenance via the command line, but it's not very easy. Or, I could install a content management system and it would be super duper easy, but might use way more power. Only way to find out, do tests.
+
+From what I've learned, I can use an automation system called Ansible. I've wrote the software to manage the server on my Git server. 
+
+When I run the Ansible playbook, it will connect to the solar server, and do a repetitive and predicatble set of actions ; update the pi, update the website, etc...
+
+
+#### Not everybody can read
+
+The other side of software I wanted to experiment with was accesibility. First off, I need to think of the users that would want to visit my site, who could they be ? I could have blind people, so I need to make my content friendly to screen readers. Dislexic people, so high contrast and accessible fonts. 
+

+L'Autodéfense Numérique c'est des techniques et une pratique collective de la sécurité à travers un usage d'outils numérique.

+Afin d'aider et de guider les personnes qui pourraient en avoir besoin, j'ai écrit ces dernières années avec l'aide de nombreuses camarades une brochure avec un ensemble de liens afin de servir d'introduction à cette pratique.

+Cette brochure se veut être un répertoire d'autres guides, tout en donnant un panorama général. Elle as aussi pour objectif d'être une base de référence lors d'ateliers et de conférences sur le sujet.

+Ça fait un petit moment que on discute avec les copaines de ce qu'on veut faire de nos vies. Un des sujets qui revient souvent, c'est l'envie d'aller voir dans les communautées autonomes ce qu'il s'y passe, avec l'idée de peut être nous même faire vivre un espace commun, à la campagne. Si nous voulons comprendre les enjeux et réussir à construire une communautée qui dure, c'est important de savoir comme ça fonctionne - _ou pas_ - ailleurs. Ça nous permet aussi de nous interroger sur nos motivations politiques, quel serait nôtre vie en commun,  en dehors d'habiter ensemble.

+Toutes les communautées ne se ressemblent pas, et il as tellement de diversité et d'organisations différentes que l'on peut vite se retrouver dans un endroit qui ne correspond pas du tout à nos attentes. Et puis, [toutes les communautés ne durent pas](https://aeon.co/essays/like-start-ups-most-intentional-communities-fail-why), certaines ont sûrement changés depuis que j'y suis passé. En gros, faudrait pas se retrouver exploité à bosser gratis dans un woofing , ou être matrixé par un guru dans une secte, en cherchant une vie plus douce. Ça serait dommage.

+Alors, pour éviter des déconvenues et pouvoir recommander des endroits, je voulais faire une liste sommaire qui puisse être un point de départ pour d'autres, et pour moi un fil d'Ariane.
+
+Ces dernières années, je voyage à travers la France et l'Europe pour explorer ce qui existe, dans l'idée de me poser dans un de ces endroits, si ça m'enchante. J'ai aussi un peu voyagé en ligne, à collecter des informations sur les lieux qui m'intéresse, bien que je n'y soit pas encore allé.

+Dans un premier temps, je voulais lister ici les endroits dont j'ai entendu parler, et j'écrirait ensuite *peut être* un article plus complet pour chaque endroit.

+## Calafou
+

+L'illustration de cet article est une photo prise là-bas, c'est une ancienne colonie industrielle[^1] en Catalogne. Le lieu as été progressivement racheté par un collectif qui s'est donné pour mission de dépasser la société industrielle, capitaliste et patriarcale par l'autogestion, le hacking et le féminisime.

+Calafou vit d'une brasserie, installé parmis des menuiseries, des atelier à métaux, des hackerspace, des jardins, boulangerie, salle commune et autres lieu de travail et d'organisation. Avec 10 ans d'existance, c'est un lieu qui continue de se développer sur des bonnes bases et un avenir radieux. À découvrir via https://calafou.org

+## Notre dame des landes

+Si vous avez entendu parler de la ZAD, c'est sûrement de celle de Notre Dame Des Landes dont vous avez entendu parler. Après deux assault par la police et l'armée ( gendarmerie ), la ZAD est toujours active. Malgré ses périodes d'incertitudes et des changements profond depuis l'abandon du projet d'aéroport, elle vie toujours bien que transformée.
+
+J'y suis passé pour la dernière fois au printemps 2025, en étant acceuillit sur le deuxième moitié du mois à la ferme de Bellevue. Depuis la tentative d'explusion en 2018, bien des choses ont changés. Il as moins de monde, et beaucoup d'endroit que j'avait beaucoup appricié, notamment des maisons construites dans les champs et des sous-bois ont été détruites par la Gendarmerie. Toutefois, des cabanes sont en cours de reconstructions et il existe toujours des groupes pleins d'énergie. Je saurai pas dire si c'est facile de s'y installer aujourd'hui, mais y passer quinze jours est tout à fait possible.

+## La BAZ

+Installé dans une ancienne usine des montagnes Suisses, la BAZ est un lieu autogéré squatté. C'est un immense bâtiment qui était peu investi, et personne n'habitant sur place, un espace de vie avait été amménagé dans un local en contrebas. Vous pouvez en apprendre plus sur le site https://radar.squat.net/fr/sainte-croix/la-baz-zab-ex-pantographe et n'oubliez pas de lire leur charte. Il as aussi eu droit à un reportage dans [Le Temps.](https://www.letemps.ch/suisse/vaud/lintrigant-squat-saintecroix-retrouvee-mia) Gardez à l'esprit que c'est écrit par des gens qui n'y connaissent rien en squat.

+## Les Lentillières
+
+La Mairie de Dijon voulait construire un "éco-quartier" sur des terres maraîchères en périphérie de la ville, ce qui jusqu'à aujourd'hui as été empêché par l'occupation et la cultivation des terres. C'est un lieu de vie et d'organisation des plus sympathiques, où vous trouverez pleins de profils différents, des festivals, de l'agriculture et des chatons.

+En octobre 2025, le lieu est toujours actifs et des évènements s'y déroulent régulièrement. Une discussion est en cours avec la mairie de Dijon pour légaliser le lieu. Des personnes habitent sur place dans des maisons formidables, qui donnent sérieusement à réfléchir à s'installer sur le lieu.
+
+Les Lentillères ont annoncé qu’elles seraient prêtes à laisser faire la construction de logements souhaitée par la mairie sur 1,14ha, à ces conditions :
+
+– premièrement, que le projet de construction présenté sur plans convienne au voisinage du Quartier (l’Écocité des Maraîchers et les rues adjacentes) suite à un véritable processus de prise en compte des avis des personnes directement impactées,
+
+– ensuite, que les Lentillères signent un contrat sur tout le reste du Quartier, soit 7ha, qui garantisse qu’il reste tel que nous le construisons et le faisons vivre depuis 15 ans et qu’il puisse continuer à bénéficier à toutes celles et ceux qu’il accueille et qui le traversent,

+– enfin, que la bande d’1,14ha reste gérée et habitée comme elle l’est aujourd’hui, jusqu’au moment où, avec une communication transparente sur l’avancement du projet et suite à la délivrance d’un permis de construire définitif, des travaux de construction commenceraient.

+## Usinette
+

+Usinette est un lieu que j'ai trouvé particulièrement intéressant parce que son existance apporte de nombreux éclairages aux questions que l'on peut se poser quant à l'existance dans la durée d'une communautée sur des terres partagées. Le lieu fait parti d'un réseau auquel est aussi lié la Tuilerie et d'autres lieux aux alentours. Pour vous y rendre, vous pouvez les contacter sur le site https://usinette.org/ . Aux dernières nouvelles, au printemps 2025, c'était possible d'y passer en annonçant sa venue à l'avance.

+## La Tuilerie
+
+La Tuilerie est une ancienne ferme où un collectif s'est installé depuis quelques années. Quand j'y suis passé, iels cherchaient des nouveaux occupants. N'y étant resté qu'une nuit, je me souvient d'une chouette endroit, bien que perdue de la brume d'un automne pluvieux. Elle est lié à d'autres endroits collectifs et acceuille une boulangerie sur place. +) était [un squat](https://fr.squat.net/tag/la-borie/) dans les Cévennes, héritage d'une lutte [contre un projet de barage.](https://www.revuesilence.net/numeros/514-Les-victoires-de-l-ecologie-498/apres-la-victoire-le-barrage-de-la-borie) J'y ai été le temps d'un été, suite à un appel sur [Paris Luttes Info](https://paris-luttes.info) à le soutenir [durant un camping féministe](https://fr.squat.net/2021/04/27/st-jean-du-gard-cevennes-we-need-you-for-la-borie/). Situé non loin de Saint Jean du Gard, c'est un endroit qui as été depuis expulsé pour installer, il semble, un centre de vacances.

+Le camping avait été appelé pour qu'il y ai du monde sur place tout l'été, et empêcher une expulsion. Une fois sur place, on s'est retrouvé avec les autres personnes du camping, mais les personnes habitant sur place ont peu partagé leur vie avec nous. De mémoire, le confort était sommaire, et le stress de la menace d'expulsion devait leur peser. Difficile alors de saisir toute l'histoire et l'enjeux du lieu, mais je comprend aussi que gérer un camping c'était pas leur idée.

+Je garde un beau souvenir de la pleine Lune alors que j'étais entrain de me baigner dans le gardon en contrebas, après avoir passé la soirée dans une tente de sudation.

+## La maison à Sauveterre-La-Lémance
+
+Une maison gardé par un collectif de copaines ; habitat collectif et temporaire. C'est un lieu collectif qui ne fait pas d'acceuil, et est plus un habitat partagé temporaire. Fonctionne un peu sur le mode d'une coloc, avec des personnes qui vont et qui viennent. Pour certaines, c'est leur maison principale, pour d'autre c'est une maison secondaire.

+Le temps que j'ai passé là bas était intéressant, mais peut être trop court. J'aurai bien aimé rester plus longtemps je pense, mais y'avait d'autres lieux à voir. C'était intéressant pour moi de vivre quelques temps dans un endroit où il n'y avait pas particulièrement d'enjeux lié au lieu, si ce n'est qu'il y ai toujours du monde sur place.

+Sauveterre-La-Lémance est un de ces nombreux petit villages tranquille où subsiste malgré tout une gare de TER et où il existe un fort potentiel pour s'y installer.
+
+## Camarès
+
+Camarès c'est un village, mais un village où, après avoir lutté dure contre un grand projet inutile, des camarades de lutte ont décidé de s'installer. Iels y ont retapé un immeuble avec des espaces collectifs, investi un champs, ouvert un café associatif et vivent parmis les habitantes de ce village de milles âmes, aux portes du rougier de St Affrique.

+## Jabrezad

+L'histoire de la Jabre est longue d'une dizaine d'année, et commence par l'achat par une personne d'un terrain suite à un héritage. Laissé en autogestion, les collectifs et associations s'y succède au fur et à mesure des embrouilles ou de la fatigue. Suivant un principe d'acceuil inconditionnel, de nombreuses personnes y ont habités un temps et on contruibué à la construction d'une maison avec des dortoirs, une cuisine et un douche, de jardins potagers et d'un cinéma en plein air.

+[L'association JabreZad](https://jabrasso07.wixsite.com/jabrasso/le-lieu-collectif),[²](https://www.helloasso.com/associations/jabr-asso/collectes/fezfezg) gère également [une recyclerie](https://www.ardeche-hautes-vallees.fr/commerce-service/recyclerie-les-tresors-du-fond-dla-benne/) dans la ville voisine du Cheylard, où les personnes habitantes se relayent bénévolement pour tenir cette boutique, situé dans une ancienne station à essence. Les revenus permettent de financer l'ensemble des besoins des personnes participant·es, qu'elles soient habitantes ou de passage. Elles filent également des coups de main à un maraîcher bio du coin, en échange de cagettes de légumes.

+Après des tensions avec le propriétaire du lieu originel, le collectif as rassemblé des fonds pour acheter un ancien corps de ferme un peu plus haut dans la vallée où les travaux avaient commencés quand j'y ai été en novembre 2024.

+Le collectif acceuilit aussi des [woofeureuses](https://wwoof.fr/fr/host/4118-JabreZAD). Malgré ce que j'ai pû écrire en introduction, cette idée m'a beaucoup intéressé parce que ça permet au collectif de se faire connaître et d'acceuilir des personnes qui ne seraient pas forcément proche des milieux anarchistes et autogestionnaires. La charge de travail étant définie collectivement tout les lundis au cours d'une réunion, il y as peu de risque de se retrouver exploité et crevé à la tâche.

+## L'Antenne

+[L'Antenne](https://www.lantenne.org/le-projet/), nommé d'après [l'immense antenne radio](https://www.aicca44600.fr/archives-et-documentations/reportages/historique-de-la-station-radio-de-s%C3%A9v%C3%A9rac-de-1935/) est un lieu d'habitat collectif dans un ancien centre de vacances La Poste. C'est un lieu immense, de plusieurs hectares, avec une forêt, une piscine, des poneys... Tenu par une dizaine de familles avec de nombreux enfants, il a été acheté en 2022 après des années de discussions et de planification par les membres du projet. À une dizaine de minutes de route de Redon, c'est un lieu qui propose la location de son infrastructure pour des prix intéressants, et qui par ailleurs organise régulièrement des évènements. Il n'y a, à l'heure actuelle, pas d'accueil spontané ou de possibilités de rejoindre le collectif de ce que j'y compris. Les habitantes sont en tout cas super sympas, et il existe un hackerspace avec une spécialisation dans le textile tenu par un collectif féministe. À visiter si l'occasion se présente !

+## Le Manoir des Possibles

+En juillet 2025, j'ai visité [Le Manoir des possibles](https://www.manoirdespossibles.fr/) qui est un projet d'habitat collectif porté par une quinzaine d'habitantes depuis 2021. Iels ont entamé leur réflexion après le COVID et, suite à la composition d'un groupe où les personnes ne se connaissaient par auparavant, ont décidé de se lancer dans un habitat collectif. Acheté à un particulier, le manoir comprend un cuisine commune et 4 appartements de vie, actuellement en rénovation. Il y a également un grand potager - où une partie des cultures est entretenue collectivement et l'autre appartient à chaque famille individuellement - ainsi qu'un verger. Les essences d'arbres plantées par les habitant.es sont sélectionnées de manière expérimentale, pour tester l'adaptabilité des espèces au changement climatique. Il y a également plusieurs aménagements prévues pour la faune : gestion extensive, mare, tas de bois et de pierres...

+Les habitant.es sont principalement des couples avec des enfants, ou en ayant déjà eu, et qui avaient envie d'une vie hors de la ville, sans être forcément attiré par la vie en lotissement.
+
+J'en ai pris connaissance suite [à un reportage ](https://youtu.be/HFBBxaCYO6Q), où ils parlent du manoir en lui même et surtout du projet d'auto-construction d'une maison en plus sur le terrain. Actuellement, plusieurs personnes ne peuvent donc pas habiter sur le lieu, étant donné qu'une partie du manoir est en rénovation et que la maison n'est pas encore construire. Elles sont toutefois partie prenante du projet et habitent à proximité, dans des locations.

+Et récemment, iels ont dû faire face à de nombreux refus de la part des banques pour un prêt qui leur aurait permis de construire la maison en plus, malgré leur choix d'être structuré en SCIA[^2]. Mais heureusement, iels ont pû monter une campagne de financement participatif qui a été plutôt bien financée et leur permet de lancer les travaux. Grâce à des liens avec d'autres lieux collectifs et des personnes intéressées par le projet, iels ont pû contracter des prêts particuliers qu'iels devront rembourser selon des modalités diverses, fixé auprès de plusieurs "actionnaires", plutôt que auprès d'une seule banque. Les taux d'intérêts actuels et la frilosité des banques rends cette opération intéressantes pour tout le monde.

+Après un trajet relativement court depuis Toulouse en voiture, mais sous une chaleur écrasante, vous arriverez [à l'entrée d'une route](https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/5600951988#map=16/43.50344/1.24005) où un gnome en fer forgé vous acceuille gentiment. Au bout de la route, par défaut, suivez les indications pour le parking où vous pourrez vous retrouver seul ou bien entouré de camping-car plus ou moins shlag, entre des camtar impressionant, vous pourrez vous poser.

+Ensuite, de l'autre côté d'un monticule de terre, vous entrerez dans, ce qui devait il y as 35 ans être un champ, un espace couvert d'arbre, où habitent des gens en camion, des cabanes et autres habitats légers. En continuant, vous croiserez des oeuvres d'art surprenantes, du punk pur jus, un garage où aucun moteur ne refusera de démarrer et un gars qui [mixe en continue pour la radio du lieu.](https://www.radio-parasite.online/)

+C'est une zone d'expérimentation autogéré, tenu par des la joie collective d'artistes plus ou moins taré[^3]. À priori, j'ai compris qu'il était possible de passer un peu n'importe quand, et que des résidences artistiques sont possibles. Voyez-le comme un port pirate cyber-solairepunk.

+À Genève, le Canton as souhaité transformer une ancienne STEP[^4] en béton armé d'une architecture brutaliste remarquable en prison en 2018. La réaction de militants de la région as débouché sur une occupation et l'abandon du projet inital en faveur de la création d'un lieu artistique et social. La description qu'iels font de leur buvette, qui donne sur le Rhone, symbolise parfaitement le lieu : Chic & Shlag.

+De mon côté je pense que la haine et la colère sont passagères, que mon état général c'est plus le mépris et la désolation.
+Pour ce qui est de la militance, je vois différents niveaux. La militance « scientifique », i.e. la sociologie, l'économie, le journalisme..., y'a pas besoin, et voire même ça peut flouter le jugement, de la colère. Mais quand on veut faire de la propagande pour un public large, ça implique de vulgariser et simplifier, et la colère est une émotion facile à mobiliser.

+c’est quelque chose que je ressentais pas mal aussi à la fac ( mépris plus que colère) parce que c’était facile de se foutre de la gueule des autres étudiants Bourges en école de commerce ou même dans la même fac que moi, avec leur soirées nulles et leur manque d’expérience de la vie de prolo (je me disais: on s’amuse quand même bien mieux entre pedales anar dans nos soirées techno dans les caves de squats tpg que eux avec leur bde bidons) pendant longtemps aussi j’ai vu ma politisation comme quelque chose qui m’a sauvé, amené vers des gens qui partageaient mes convictions etc - mais être confronté quotidiennement à comment les riches voient vraiment les pauvres qui travaillent pour eux comme des commodités, et comment ils sont totalement déconnectés du monde réel, être sans cesse rembarré à une position littéralement inférieure (eux partent en vacances à dubai et prennent dix pauses cafés par jour, moi je trime a me peter le dos pour leur faire leur mochas et je finis le mois à des distrib alimentaires) c’est super démoralisant et humiliant: la relation dominant / dominé est beaucoup plus nette et la colère laisse place à un sentiment d’impuissance assez déprimant et aliénant (et c’est exactement le but du travail salarié de service d’ailleurs, rappeler au prolos que leur place de sous-fifre)

+tl;dr: c’était plus facile d’être dans une position de joie militante quand j’étais pas tout le temps confronté aux réalités de la dichotomie riche/pauvre, oppresseur/opprimé, aliénation par le travail etc je pense que la colère peut pas être une fin en soi, juste une autoroute vers l’autodestruction, mais qu’elle est nécessaire pour mobiliser et souvent un tremplin important vers la politisation- sauf que réussir à se sortir d’une rage permanente demande une certaine distance par rapport à soi même et sa situation qui est souvent compliquée à trouver

+### The backstory
+
+A few years ago, a friend of mine showed me the [Little Printer](https://www.theverge.com/2013/1/29/3927228/little-printer-review), created by Berg Inc. I loved the ideal of having what was more a less a fax machine, that I could use to print out anything for very very cheap. It's based on a thermal printer, so it doesn't use any ink, and the paper is the same you would use to print out receipts. The issue was that it cost nearly 300€ (!), and that was way too much money for something that was a gimmic.

+Moreover, it was pretty limited : it was tied to a proprieatry cloud system, and what I feard back then became true. Berg stopped supporting the Little Printer, and the whole ecosystem was now ready to become trash.

+Thankfully, the [Nord Projects design studio hacked it back to life](https://nordprojects.co/projects/littleprinters/), and wrote a new app ecosystem for it. But it's cumbersome to setup, and getting your hands on the original Little Printer isn't easy.

+A more personnal quarrel I have with designers is perfectly represented in the Little Printer project : It's a very beautiful object, but it's severly limited by it's design. You are expected to use it as a Little Printer, even after it's death. Using it in another setting is difficult because it's fragile. You can't really sell it or repurpose it once you've grown board with it. You would need to explain how to set it up, bring the little IoT box with it, etc...

+### Hacking in it, to try it out.
+
+Another friend, whom I was visiting, had a thermal printer in his box of _things-that-gather-dust_ and was happy to lend it to me so I could try it out. I started  to build my own Little Printer. 
+
+I wanted to build something KISS ( Keep It Super Simple ), easy to replicate, and that I could eventually build on over the years. Using existing components and combining them together in a way that was easy to reverse was also a priority. I had a Raspberry Pi, a computer running Linux, a USB webcam, and a Adafruit Thermal Printer. 
+
+The first thing was to learn how to use the thermal printer. 
+
+Thankfully, Adafruit has tutorial on how to build a polaroïd camera with a thermal printer, which I followed and built a first version of the little printer. It was nice, but had a few issues : 
+
+- The printer was super cheap, and wasn't very reliable. It often printed gibberish, and needed to be restarted.
+- It only had a serial connection, and it wasn't possible to know when the paper ran out.
+- The library I was using hadn't been updated in ages, and needed a CUPS driver dowloaded from a random chinese website. I tried using newer forks, but they didn't seem to fix the problems mentionned above.

+Even with theses issues, I knew that thermal printing was a cool tech, and I could use it for a lot of my other printing and propaganda projects. So I started looking for another thermal printer. 
+
+### Making it serious
+
+I eventually settled on an EPSON TM20-III, which is around 250€. Nearly the same prince as a LittlePrinter, but it has Ethernet, a standard-ish protocol, USB, two sizes of paper, a cutting blade, 300 dpi resolution, and prints so fast that when you fuck up the orientation of the print, before you can stop it, it already printed 3 meters of paper. In a word, it's perfect. I then bought 4 _kilometers_ of paper for around 50€. Also keep in mind that these printers are used around the world in industrial settings, and if you know how I'm sure you could find one for very cheap or second-hand.

+I wanted to write the software in Python, because I found a very nice library for ESC/POS, the standard used by the EPSON printers. I also had built software with Flask, a python web framework, and I loved the design style and the ease it gave to build APIs.
+
+After a few days of hacking, I finally had a complete photomaton that could be accessed from anywhere, printed anything for dirt cheap, and that I could easly extend.
+
+There was Little Prynter. 
+
+### How the code works
+
+The program starts thanks to a bash script,  `run.sh`, that starts a Python virtual environnement, install the dependencies and runs the server with the good environnement variables. 
+
+It will in turn, call the flask command, that will launch a developpement server with the `main.py` file as it's starting point. 
+
+This file will define the routes that will be accessible on the server.
+
+The `main.py` file will start by loading the configuration file, and then try to connect to the printer via the `Printer` class. 
+

+The tricky thing about connecting via USB is that you need the USB vendor and device ID loaded, but they are encoded in hexadecimal. So we pass thoses options to the Printer class, that will initiate a new global connection to the Printer.

+It's faster this way, but we could open a new connection each time instead, in the `Web` class for example. The continus connexion sometimes hangs up, making it necessary to restart the software. On the other hand, we might get a concurent connection to the printer if two people try to print at the same time. Implementing a queue could solve this.
+

+This class will mainly load the `escpos` library that does all the heavy lifting will connecting to the printer. It also defines to methods to print texte and an image. To note, the library, at time of writing, did not have the exact printer I have in it's database, but instead a close relative of it, which works _well enough_.
+
+The web interface part is handled just after, in a `Web` class that makes heavy use of Flask, a Python framework for easily bulding web servers. I've learned how to write it thanks to [Miguel Grinberg's Flask Mega Tutorial](https://blog.miguelgrinberg.com/post/the-flask-mega-tutorial-part-i-hello-world), it's great and you should read it if you plan on writing anything based in Flask.

+The web class handles calling the printing of the images via the `Printer` class I mentionned earlier. It's also goint to call the `User` class to manage the login and logout of users, if needed.

+You can see that we are rate limiting each route thanks to the `limiter` package, that extends Flask itself. We are also using Jinja2 to manage the rendering of the web pages, which use normal HTML and CSS, altought we use BootStrap 3 for the user interface.

+The Jinja 2 templates ( or HTML pages ) can be found in the `template/` folder. Some are partials, mening that they are reused in other templates.

+### In the future
+
+I would very much like to make it portable, and maybe add some flash device to it, so it can be used in dark settings. Maybe keeping the image in cache, dithering it and offering a downloaded version would be nice too. Maybe offering a reprint so every one can have one, printing them by bunch of 4 like a real photomaton might do the trick.
